Are You a Carer?
If you are please let us know - we would like to support you.
If you are agreeable, we will pass your details to the Carers Support Service, which is a countrywide organisation providing relevant information and advice, local support services, newsletter and telephone linkline for carers.
We will also refer you, with your permission, to have your needs assessed by Community Solutions. A Carers Assessment is a chance to talk about your needs as a carer and the possible ways help could be given. It can also look at the needs of the person you care for. This could be done separately or together, depending on the situation. There is no charge for an assessment.
If you would like us to refer you to the Carers Support Service and/or Community Solutions please complete the form above and indicate your wish in the field.
There is a wealth of information on the NHS website (https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/social-care-and-support-guide/support-and-benefits-for-carers/) about carers and caring. Below are some links into the site that we hope you will find useful.
