Online Appointments Booking and Repeat Prescription Ordering

You can now have access to our appointments system online. By using this system you will be able to book an appointment with a GP up to six weeks in advance (no bookings for Same Day appointments).

You can also have access to the new Repeat Prescription ordering facility.

The new system will allow you to choose the medication from your medical record (repeat medication screen only) rather than you having to type into the current form on the website or an email.

The new system will require you to have a user name and password which will then allow you to log on to the practice clinical system and see a list of your medications with dates when they were last issued to you.

To find out more and obtain a user name and password please see one of the reception Team. You will need Photographic identification in order to register for this service.

Utilising this service will enable you to access both appointments and prescriptions 24 hours a day.

Travel Vaccinations

If you require any vaccinations relating to foreign travel you should first obtain a questionnaire from Reception (or download a form from our website) for each member of your family and complete and return this to the Surgery at least four weeks prior to your departure date.  A nurse will then contact you by post to confirm your vaccination requirements.

A charge will be made for certain immunisations and vaccinations which are not covered by the NHS.  A list of these charges is held in reception.

The Questionnaire will include which countries and areas within countries that you are visiting to determine what vaccinations are required.

Information about countries and vaccinations required can be found on the links below:

Europe Europe & RussiaNorth America North America
Central America Central Americaindia South America

It is important you complete the questionnaire as early as possible  - as we give the Vaccines 10 days prior to your departure.

Please note some vaccines are not avaliable through the GP and will need to be sourced privately or as a private prescription.
